If you’ve been curious about working out with a kettlebell, this orientation will give you all the information and basic movement skills to start your love-hate relationship with this amazing way of training.

Kettlebells provide an all-over workout, hitting up large and small muscle groups in movement patterns which translate into improving your sport performance, your general fitness, your work, your recreational activities, your life. They help you develop strength, physically and mentally.

The orientation will allow you to work effectively, efficiently and safely with a kettlebell. You’ll be ready to tackle at-home training or in-studio classes.
