well, on may 31st studio folks got big into this workout. there was plenty of complaining, lots of grunting and sweating, which only means it was all good.

give it a go.

studio sweat:

  • 50 two handed swings
  • 40 snatches (20 left, 20 right)
  • 30 clean & presses (15 left, 15 right)
  • 20 goblet squats
  • 10 burpees
