After a warm-up of jumping rope, high and low lateral shuffles, high knees, ROM and kettlebell swings, perform the following for 45 seconds on/15 seconds rest:

  • kettlebell clean & rack Left
  • jumping jacks
  • kettlebell clean & rack Right
  • jump rope
  • kettlebell goblet squat
  • push ups
  • kettlebell snatch Left
  • lunge Left
  • kettlebell snatch Right
  • lunge Right
  • 2 handed kettlebello single leg dead lifts Left
  • quad hops
  • 2 handed kettlebell single leg dead lifts Right
  • stability ball/bosu/floor crunches
  • kettlebell crush curls
  • kettlebell overhead extension

Rest one minute.  Repeat.  Mop up and smile with a job well done!
