All classes on the schedule remain the same except:

  • HardCore Abs and Stretch has moved from Thursdays at 12:10pm to Fridays at 12:10pm

Two new classes have been added to the schedule:

  • Beginner/Recovery Yoga on Wednesdays at 9:30am
  • Kettlebell Training on Thursdays at 12:10pm
