I completed a (mostly) bodyweight leg circuit this morning, while waiting for some truly fine women – graceful, warm and strong — to arrive for a Kettlebell Skills Clinic. After the circuit and 80 minutes of yoga, my legs are tired.

It is a great bodyweight workout and you can do it at home!
I’m thinking my backside will be happier standing than sitting tomorrow.
