8:00am Mindfulness teaching class
- 40 minute QiGong Practice Group
10:15am teaching class
- 25 minutes low impact light aerobics
5:00pm teaching class
- 35 minutes ab work

Good afternoon,
I moved to the island about 5 months ago and I am trying to get fit. I was very active runner and always been into fitness because of my army back ground but seem to have lost my mojo and really want to get it back. I am 42 and came from the Uk. I have read your web site and want to know what classes andcosts are doing and looks like it could be fun and get me back on track.

hi Barbara. thanks for stopping by and taking the time to inquire. you can find class descriptions and costs by clicking the tab at the top labeled ‘class descriptions & your investment’. and, if you click the icon in the left side bar (the one of the woman with a kettlebell overhead) right where is says ‘STUDIO SCHEDULE CLICK HERE’ you will be directed to an up to date class calendar.
